10% premium local Honey. (no added sugar) This honey base,
combined with natural Australian fruit flavours and sparkling
carbonated water, result in a 'not too sweet' delightfully refreshing
drink, with just the right amount of Sparkle!

Sparkling Ginger
Now
this stuff is nice! The Sparkling
Ginger uses
Lemon and Lime juice as a base, then a blend of special
ginger flavours to give a fruity ginger combination. The really smooth
fruity taste is heightened with a little bite of carbonation, and
the lingering after taste of the ginger. It also gives that slight burn
to the back of the throat, similar to the ol' Ginger wine.

And for those who like Honey and
Ginger, we combine these in a delicate blend to get just the right
balance between the two.
Sparkling Honey & Ginger
takes the delicate taste of honey, a combination of fruity flavours
along with a contrasting hint of ginger to create a magnicifent blend
